Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using Opera PMS
- Resolve guest inquiries with proactive problem-solving skills
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Upsell premium services and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and special requests
- Collaborate with management to implement service improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Delphi preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of San Jose attractions and transportation
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional errands)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Spanish fluency highly desirable
