Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining accuracy in reservation systems
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments, manage billing discrepancies, and maintain financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Upsell hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or hospitality
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Propertyware)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Columbus attractions and local area
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
