Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accurate registration and billing.
- Provide personalized recommendations for local dining and attractions in San Francisco.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Manage the front desk operations during shifts, including cash handling and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest room readiness.
- Monitor security cameras and fire safety systems to maintain a secure environment.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Must present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus.
