Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using hotel management systems
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and room upgrades
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with solution-oriented approaches
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Assist with concierge services and local area recommendations
- Maintain organized front desk appearance and documentation
Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience required
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Valid California driver's license (for valet parking duties)
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling accuracy
- Professional appearance and multilingual abilities preferred
