Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining accuracy in reservation systems
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and reconcile daily transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest room readiness
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain security protocols and manage key distribution systems
- Collaborate with concierge team to provide local recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) required
- Basic knowledge of Los Angeles area attractions and services
- Valid California driver's license (for valet support when needed)
