Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out procedures using PMS systems
- Handle reservation modifications and booking inquiries
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Market hotel amenities and local attractions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with reservation software (e.g., Opera, SynXis)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic mathematical and cash-handling abilities
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent required
