Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun) and holidays
- Valid US work authorization and clean background check
- Basic knowledge of DC/VA tourism attractions and transportation
- Fluency in English; bilingual Spanish preferred
