Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes efficiently using our PMS system
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service concerns with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for room readiness
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations
- Monitor security procedures and access control
- Prepare daily reports and occupancy forecasts
Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera, Delphi)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Valid Missouri driver's license preferred
- Basic knowledge of Kansas City attractions
- Flexible availability including overnight shifts
