Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests with precision and warmth using Opera PMS
- Manage room assignments and maximize occupancy rates
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues proactively
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Execute upselling strategies for premium rooms and services
- Maintain security protocols and guest confidentiality
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Spanish fluency highly valued
- Flexible weekend availability (Fri/Sat/Sun)
- Valid Florida driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
