Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest check-in/check-out experiences using Opera PMS system
- Manage room reservations and optimize occupancy for weekend demand
- Resolve guest inquiries with prompt, solution-oriented communication
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Execute upselling strategies for premium rooms and amenities
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or high-end hospitality experience
- Proficiency in Opera PMS, Marriott, or similar reservation systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during peak weekend shifts
- Valid Washington DC hospitality certification preferred
- Fluency in English; Spanish/French highly valued
- Flexible availability including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of DC tourism attractions and transportation
