Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Manage check-in and check-out processes for late-arriving guests with efficiency and warmth.
- Night Audit: Perform daily financial reconciliations, including posting charges, balancing the PMS system, and preparing reports for the morning shift.
- Guest Services: Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly via phone and in-person.
- Security & Safety: Monitor the hotel premises, assist with emergency protocols, and ensure the safety of guests and staff.
- Communication: Liaise with the front desk team during shift handovers to ensure a seamless transition.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk operations or night auditing within a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) and weekends.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Attributes: Professional demeanor, high integrity, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
