Responsibilities
- Check-in/check-out guests efficiently while maintaining accuracy in reservation systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with exceptional service standards
- Process payments and manage cash drawer operations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience
- Maintain security protocols and safeguard guest information
- Prepare daily reports and occupancy statistics
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Valid Washington State food handler's card preferred
- Basic knowledge of Seattle attractions and transportation
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods
