Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and concierge services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and train a diverse team of hospitality professionals
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and optimize revenue streams
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and safety protocols
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive occupancy and profitability
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve escalated issues with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
- Minimum 5 years hotel management experience in luxury/premium segment
- Proven track record in P&L management and revenue optimization
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to inspire diverse teams
- Strong knowledge of San Francisco tourism market and industry trends
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Amadeus)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and crisis management experience
- Valid California Food Handler and ServSafe certifications preferred
