You will ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process while handling inquiries with grace and efficiency. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the hotel property management system.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, resolving inquiries or escalating them appropriately.
- Manage room keys, folios, and payment transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with empathy and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.
- A professional appearance and a friendly, outgoing personality.
