Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized welcome experiences to all arriving guests
- Efficiently manage check-in/check-out processes using Opera PMS
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and local expertise
- Process payments, resolve billing discrepancies, and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Upsell premium services and promotional packages
- Maintain pristine lobby aesthetics and security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Basic knowledge of Atlanta attractions and transportation
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
