Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, answering inquiries and directing messages promptly.
- Lobby Management: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Administrative Support: Process payments, manage mail delivery, and handle basic data entry tasks.
- Issue Resolution: Address guest concerns or complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms and facilities meet high standards.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and grooming standards are required.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new property management software quickly.
- Reliability: Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
