As the face of our hotel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests feel welcome, valued, and well taken care of from the moment they arrive until they depart.
Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly, managing the check-in and check-out process with speed and accuracy.
- Reservation Management: Accurately process reservations and modify bookings using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Concierge Services: Provide local recommendations and assist guests with transportation, dining, and entertainment options.
- Problem Resolution: Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Operations Support: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Communication: Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and restaurant staff to ensure seamless guest stays.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
- Experience: Previous front desk or hospitality experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and demeanor that aligns with our luxury brand standards.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
