Responsibilities

  • Guest Relations: Warmly welcome and greet guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
  • Check-in/Check-out: Efficiently process reservations, registrations, payments, and key assignments using our Property Management System (PMS).
  • Communication: Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and manage the front desk switchboard professionally.
  • Problem Solving: Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Lobby Maintenance: Monitor the lobby area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate guest records and assist with check-out paperwork and billing.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in a hotel front desk, concierge, or customer service role is preferred.
  • Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
  • Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Technical: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with property management software is a plus.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with high accuracy.
