Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls and manage correspondence in a timely and accurate manner.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and a focus on resolution.
- Assist with check-out procedures, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Monitor building security and access control procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with computers and basic office software.
- A friendly, approachable attitude and a genuine desire to serve others.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
