Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries

- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness and facility upkeep
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and resolve issues efficiently
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety standards
- Assist with event setups and special guest requests during overnight shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional errands)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Excellent communication skills in English (bilingual a plus)
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
