In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests during the evening hours, ensuring their stay is comfortable and seamless. You will manage front desk operations, handle inquiries, and maintain a secure and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, manage check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and a smile.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and address guest inquiries regarding amenities, directions, and local attractions.
- Operations: Process payments accurately and manage the property management system (PMS) for night audit functions.
- Security: Conduct regular security rounds of the property to ensure guest safety and asset protection.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a hospitality role is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Skills: Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and PMS software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professionalism: A polished appearance and a professional demeanor are required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
