Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ staff during peak shifts (morning, evening, overnight)
- Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues within 15 minutes
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk operations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and brand standards
- Train new staff on SOPs and emergency procedures
- Monitor inventory and order supplies for shift needs
- Generate shift reports for management review
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel supervisory experience
- Flexible availability for weekends/holidays/overnights
- ServSafe certification or equivalent food handling license
- Advanced conflict resolution and multitasking skills
- Proficient in hotel management systems (Opera, PMS)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Valid Virginia driver's license preferred
