Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests and handle inquiries with a smile and efficiency.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Process reservations, manage room keys, and ensure accurate billing and payment transactions.
- Communication: Answer multi-line phone systems, respond to emails promptly, and relay important messages to management.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest complaints or issues calmly and effectively to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Maintenance Coordination: Monitor guest rooms and public areas, reporting any maintenance needs or safety hazards immediately.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate guest logs, update databases, and assist with inventory management as needed.
- Event Support: Assist with coordinating check-ins for special events or group bookings during the weekend.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professionalism: High level of professionalism, poise, and a positive attitude.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Appearance: Must maintain a neat, professional appearance and adhere to the dress code.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
