Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, processing payments and assigning rooms.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries regarding reservations and hotel services.
- Manage the front desk operations, including mail handling, package deliveries, and concierge services.
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and escalate them to management when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized front lobby and reception area.
- Assist with booking tours, restaurant reservations, and local transportation for guests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality degree is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or Receptionist preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and property management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
