Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival and departure.
- Process check-ins, check-outs, and room changes efficiently using hotel management software.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, routing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the front desk lobby area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Assist with concierge requests, such as restaurant reservations or local transportation.
- Monitor security cameras and access control systems to ensure guest safety.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and reconcile daily deposits accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Clean criminal background check required.
