Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
- Develop and implement strategic guest experience initiatives to boost satisfaction scores
- Manage P&L responsibilities with $5M+ annual revenue targets
- Lead staff recruitment, training, and performance management programs
- Coordinate with sales department to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
- Resolve escalated guest issues with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years in hotel management with luxury property experience
- Proven track record in revenue management and staff leadership
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera, Delphi)
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid Pennsylvania Food Handler's certification
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
