Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a professional manner.
- Handle front desk operations, including processing payments and issuing room keys.
- Assist with luggage handling and provide local directions or recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with smartphones.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- A friendly, approachable, and service-oriented personality.
