Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with warm professionalism
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Maintain accurate records using hotel management software
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Process payments and manage cash drawer with accountability
- Act as hotel ambassador with local area knowledge for guest recommendations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong computer literacy with reservation system proficiency
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license preferred
- Basic first aid/CPR certification a plus
