Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Provide seamless check-in and check-out services while ensuring a warm welcome for every guest.
- Operations: Manage front desk operations efficiently, including handling reservations, answering inquiries, and processing payments accurately.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Housekeeping Coordination: Communicate guest requests to housekeeping staff to maintain the highest standards of room cleanliness.
- Security: Monitor hotel premises to ensure the safety and security of all guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and MS Office.
- Professionalism: A polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
