Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
- Operations: Assist with daily front desk operations, including managing reservations and handling inquiries.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve guest issues or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Administrative Tasks: Accurately record guest information and process payments.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous front desk or hospitality experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Skills: Strong computer proficiency (Windows, Microsoft Office) and familiarity with property management systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Interpersonal: A friendly, outgoing personality with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
