Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, managing check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure 5-star customer service standards.
- Process payments accurately and manage cash drawers and credit card transactions with strict adherence to security protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby to uphold our high aesthetic standards.
- Assist with concierge services, including making restaurant reservations and arranging local transportation.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrivals.
- Adhere to all safety and security policies, including monitoring CCTV and access control systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior experience in hospitality is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Certification in First Aid/CPR is a plus.
