Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/check-outs using property management systems
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and payment processing with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards through professional communication and appearance
- Process billing transactions accurately and maintain financial records
- Assist with concierge services and local area recommendations
Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with reservation systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holidays
- Valid Oregon driver's license (if required for duties)
- Basic knowledge of Portland attractions and transportation
