Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and empathy.
- Manage reservations and room assignments to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the lobby and reception area to ensure a clean and organized environment.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer proficiency, including typing speed and familiarity with booking software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing top-tier customer service.
