Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, or food & beverage operations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming guest rooms and public areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak shifts and events
- Adhere to all health/safety protocols and brand standards
- Process payments and manage reservation systems accurately
- Support daily operations through flexible shift rotations
Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability for day/evening/weekend shifts
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer proficiency for reservation systems
- Valid Illinois Food Handler's Card (if applicable to role)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Team-oriented with positive attitude
