Responsibilities
- Monitor security systems and patrol the premises to ensure the safety and security of guests and hotel assets.
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately using hotel management software.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and special requests during the night shift.
- Perform light cleaning duties in the lobby and common areas to maintain a pristine environment.
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily reports at the end of the shift.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor are essential.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift light objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn property management systems quickly.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (if required for shuttle services).
