Responsibilities
- Provide warm and professional greetings to guests upon arrival and departure.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is collected.
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and special requests.
- Resolve guest concerns or complaints in a calm and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be fluent in English (bilingual is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn property management systems.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Valid driverβs license (preferred but not mandatory).
