Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in guests with a warm, professional demeanor while managing check-out processes efficiently.
- Answer phone inquiries and respond to emails promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist with luggage handling, valet services, and concierge recommendations.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests and room issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby and public areas.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or the hotel industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as needed.
- Reliable transportation is required.
