Responsibilities
- Check guests in/out efficiently using PMS systems
- Manage room reservations and billing inquiries
- Respond to guest requests 24/7 via phone/in-person
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and handle cash transactions securely
- Upsell hotel amenities and services
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel or customer service experience
- Flexible availability for day/night/weekend shifts
- Proficient with reservation software
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
