Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with precision
- Handle reservations and room assignments using Opera PMS
- Resolve guest inquiries and service requests promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Execute upselling strategies for premium rooms/services
- Maintain security compliance and key control protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk experience required
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Basic math and cash handling accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- COVID-19 vaccination required
