Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through check-in/out procedures and personalized assistance
- Manage room reservations and optimize occupancy using PMS software
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with solution-oriented communication
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Execute upselling strategies to enhance revenue and guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar property management systems
- Strong cash handling and basic accounting knowledge
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of Oklahoma City attractions and local services
- Valid driver's license preferred
