Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests using our property management system
- Handle cash transactions and credit card processing accurately
- Act as primary communication hub between guests and hotel departments
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with professional problem-solving
- Maintain clean, organized front desk and lobby areas
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams
- Participate in daily briefings and ongoing training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
