As a member of our hotel staff, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner, handling check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage incoming calls and emails promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues with patience and diplomacy, escalating complex matters to the manager when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, reservations, and transactions using the property management system.
- Assist with concierge services, including providing information about local attractions, restaurants, and transportation.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or hospitality training is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or hotel operations preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
