Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out procedures while maintaining accurate billing records
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and confirmations through multiple channels
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with proactive problem-solving solutions
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams for guest requests
- Process payments and maintain secure cash handling procedures
- Utilize hotel management systems (Opera/PMS) efficiently
- Assist with concierge services and local area recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera/PMS preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Maryland driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Basic knowledge of Baltimore attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
