Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using hotel management systems
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and special guest requests with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly while maintaining service standards
- Process payments accurately and manage cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet departments
- Act as a local tourism ambassador recommending attractions and dining
- Maintain organized front desk operations and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
