Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying reservations and collecting payments.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries via email or chat promptly.
- Manage room assignments and handle special requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the front desk area and lobby, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times.
- Process daily deposits and reconcile financial transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs quickly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in front desk operations, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office and property management software (e.g., Opera, OpenTable).
- The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
