Responsibilities
- Room Maintenance: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas according to strict quality standards.
- Restocking: Ensure all amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) are fully stocked in guest rooms and public spaces.
- Deep Cleaning: Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues or damages to the management team promptly.
- Sanitation: Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including proper use of chemicals and waste disposal.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or residential setting is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in cleanliness.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
