Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and register/check out guests with professionalism and efficiency
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries via phone/email
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Utilize hotel management software (training provided)
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional customer service
- Handle emergency situations calmly and per protocol
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency (training available)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
