Responsibilities
- Manage efficient guest check-ins/check-outs using Opera property management system
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and conflict resolution with empathy and professionalism
- Monitor security systems and access control during overnight operations
- Process payments, manage cash drawer, and reconcile nightly transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest room readiness
- Document incident reports and maintain accurate guest records
- Execute emergency protocols during overnight incidents
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hospitality front desk experience required
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision overnight
- Valid Colorado driver's license and clean driving record
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Flexibility to cover additional shifts during peak seasons
- Proficient in English; Spanish fluency highly valued
