Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor upon arrival.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using our property management software.
- Answer incoming calls and assist guests with inquiries regarding local attractions, directions, and hotel amenities.
- Handle guest requests, including wake-up calls, room service orders, and valet parking coordination.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area to uphold our high standards of excellence.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- No prior hospitality or hotel experience required; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
