As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your role is vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth operations. We offer weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package to our dedicated team members.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming and professional first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Answer incoming calls, manage voicemails, and process reservations or changes.
- Monitor the lobby area to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met at all times.
- Process payments accurately and balance the daily shift report.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and maintenance requests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and PMS software (e.g., StayNTouch, Opera).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods.
